This shake is perfect for a morning boost. Combining coffee and protein is a favourite of mine and I definitely love a Mocha. Give it a try and let me know if you liked it on Facebook or Twitter!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Stevia extract
  • 2 scoops MyProtein impact whey protein in chocolate smooth
  • 1/2 cup concentrated cold brew coffee (do not water it down), or really strong coffee, chilled
  • 1 cup ice
  • Instant coffee powder (optional)
  • Vanilla Extract (optional)

Preparation

  1. Make the Espresso (instant coffee will work just make it strong)
  2. Pour the milk into your blender of choice followed by the Stevia Extract
  3. Add the ice and coffee
  4. Throw in the protein
  5. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth
